Edward Marc Chocolatier Debuts Dark Chocolate Pretzels

Pittsburgh-based Edward Marc Chocolatier recently launched a new product that’s sure to win over sweet-and-salty snack lovers: thin, crispy Dark Chocolate Pretzels that are Pennsylvania, through and through.

This Pittsburgh-based company (which is also responsible for The Milkshake Factory and the popular snack brand, Snappers) has put its own, gourmet spin on this tasty treat. Siblings Chris, Dana and Mark Edwards bring the same precision and balanced flavors to this new product as they do to their artisan chocolates: extra-crispy, bite-sized pretzels, which are made in PA, are enrobed in Edward Marc’s signature premium dark chocolate, which is made with sustainably sourced cocoa. These, like the company’s other products (including fan-favorite Dark Chocolate Coconut Almonds) contain no artificial flavors or preservatives.

Edward Marc puts a high priority on providing fair wages to farmers and farmer groups, increasing the farmers’ incomes and enabling them to invest in their farms and communities. They do this through the Cocoa Horizons Foundation, a nonprofit organization supervised by the Swiss Federal Foundation Supervisory Authority, which works to improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers and their communities through the promotion of sustainable, entrepreneurial farming, improved productivity and community development.

These chocolate-covered pretzels are available for purchase online, as well as in select Costco locations.
